Happy February, San Diego Marriage Encounter Lovers! We have a jam-packed update with a lot of things going on this month and the next couple ahead.
Welcome to the couples who attended the January 10-12 Weekend Experience! We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming community events. Special thanks to all of the couples who came out to Mission San Luis Rey to welcome the attendees and pray for them over the weekend.
Our next Marriage Encounter will be a Weekend Experience on April 25-27 at St. Charles Retreat Center in Imperial Beach. There are still spaces available, so please invite your friends to sign up.
All couples in the Diocese of San Diego are invited to attend the Annual Diocesan Marriage Anniversary Mass. This year, it will be held at Good Shepherd Parish (8200 Gold Coast Dr., San Diego, CA 92126) on Saturday, February 15 at 11am. The Mass will feature a chance for all married couples to renew their commitment to each other. The presider will be Auxiliary Bishop Felipe Pulido. We encourage you to make a point of being there. It’s a wonderful event that is free to attend.
San Diego WWME community meetings for the month of February:
- Northeast Community will meet on Saturday, February 8
- North Valley will be getting together for a Super Bowl watch party on Sunday, February 9 at 3pm
- East County meets on the 2nd Friday of each month
- Northwest Community will meet on Saturday, February 22
Spring Fling Dinner Dance Sign Ups
Our Annual San Diego Marriage Encounter Sweetheart Dinner and Dance is just around the corner, on Saturday, April 5, at St. Michael’s Parish in Poway, from 6:30-9:30pm. Sign ups are available now!
