Happy September, San Diego Lovers!

Congratulations to Team Pink Pony Club for their victory at the 4th Annual Caroline Dooley Memorial Bocce Ball Tournament and Family Picnic! It was really fun and great to see couples come from all over the county and beyond to be a part of it.

First up for September is the upcoming San Diego WWME Leadership process. We are truly grateful for Mike and Sandra Spitzer’s leadership over these past two years, and we look forward to seeing who the Holy Spirit has in mind for the next two years. You can all help in the process by pitching in a prayer whenever you think about it on this coming Saturday, September 6.

We also have a very full weekend coming September 12 – 14. If you are a prayer couple, thank you so much! If you aren’t, please offer your prayers up for the couples and priest presenting and all of the attending couples. It is a big group and we’re all very excited to see the impact it has on the couples and our community.

This year’s Sunset Dialogue at Moonlight Beach will be on Saturday, October 4. Bring your own dinner and dialogue books and look for the fluorescent Marriage Encounter pop-up. Dialogue will happen in the beautiful sea air as the sun is setting.

Our community meetings for September will be:

• East County Community usually meets on the first Friday of the month.
• Northeast Community will meet on Saturday, September 13
• Northwest and North Valley Communities will meet on Saturday, September 27 in combination with the September Weekend Renewal.

And of course, we have another collection of dialogue questions for you this month. It’s back to school time, so get ready to put your pens to paper and dialogue every day. Keeping consistent on that homework is great for your relationship.
