Happy October, San Diego lovers!

Join us on Saturday, October 4th for our annual Sunset Dialogue event at Moonlight Beach. No reservations required. Just bring yourselves, a picnic dinner, your dialogue books, and some chairs to sit on. Look for the Marriage Encounter pop-up.

Congratulations to our new Ecclesial Leadership Team for San Diego – Ted & Kate Kubasak and Fr. Mike Sinor! We are grateful for your “yes” to serving this community in leadership. Our thanks also to our outgoing Ecclesial Team, Mike & Sandra Spitzer and Fr. Mike Ravenkamp. We appreciate their tireless dedication to our San Diego Community.

Thanks to everyone in community who came out to support the September 12 – 14 Weekend Experience. It was the biggest our Encounter has had since before COVID. We welcome any of you who were on that experience to jump into community with both feet! Our November 14 – 16 Weekend Experience will be hosted at St. Charles Retreat Center. Prayer couples are needed, so please save the date.

Our community gatherings for October are:

• East County Community usually meets on the first Friday of the month
• Northeast Community will meet on Wednesday, October 15 (updated date)
• North Valley Community usually meets on the third Saturday of the month
• Northwest Community usually meets on the fourth Saturday of the month

Plans are in the works to form a new community that will meet in the South Bay area. Please reach out to us using the contact form if you are interested in joining a community that meets in this area.

And of course, dialogue is no tricks and all treats for your marriage relationship. We encourage you to use our monthly dialogue question list and make dialogue a daily priority.
